Harborne Primary School is seeking a motivated, dynamic, and strategic Headteacher to lead their thriving, four-form entry primary school. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent leadership and fostering a diverse, challenging curriculum for all students. The school, which operates across two sites and offers wrap-around care, prides itself on high academic standards, a cohesive staff team, and a strong, supportive community.
The ideal Headteacher will sustain high attainment while also fostering children's personal development, emotional intelligence, and wider world skills. They will also drive inclusion, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of staff. The new leader will build on the strengths of the current Headteacher and continue to promote the school's values and ethos.
